Please check that the external monitor option is not enabled on the mixer.

Please check the headphone settings on the mixer.

Please ensure you have the latest version of i73 Mixer. If not, visit users.heritageaudio.com and download it.

Access users.heritageaudio.com and proceed to update the firmware. If the option is not available, please contact support@heritageaudio.com.

If you don’t feel the steps when using the outer ring of the encoder, you may have to tighten the screws on the outer ring. You will have to use an allen/hex key (1,5 mm).

The continuity camera of your iPhone may be interacting with your Mac, causing a change in the sample rate (generally to 48).

On your iPhone, open Settings, then go to General > AirPlay & Handoff. Turn off Continuity Camera.

The Mixer will ask you to restart when it detects that an app or program (specially but not subject to DAWs) with a different sample rate has just been opened. Once the Mixer is re-started it will match the new sample rate.

Please note that some video processing apps also request sample rate changes like Final Cut PRO X.
